ENERGETIC ALIGNMENT & AGENCY OPERATIONS
After working for a magical billionaire and running my own Creative and Web Design Agency for 6+ years, I learned that energetic alignment is the key to all happiness and success. In order to consistently show up and have an impact, it’s critical that you you are in full alignment with your own energy, soul mission & purpose. This includes why, when and how you work.
I’ve also learned that burnout is real. I was completely exhausted and creatively drained. I’d poured my heart and soul into building dreams for other people and I was ready to build my own. So, I took a leap of faith, quit my job, sold my condo and 80% of my belongings to focus on building my big dream business and impact.
After all that, your girl knew a thing or two about marketing & sales operations. I learned that you don’t get results just focusing on the $$$. You get there through alignment.
I spent 10 years working in the apparel Product Development and Operations industry with 6 years being at a woman-founded company that revolutionized the entire intimate apparel industry and is worth an estimated $1.2 Billion. With a big letter “B”. Rhymes with trillions.
Before my agency, I built international delivery time and action plans for 70+ apparel collections, leading to +$140M in sales and global on-time product deliveries. I’m an expert at cross-functional alignment that fosters healthy ROI’s while making work feel like a breeze.
In my retail life, I oversaw the management of Nordstrom’s Jewelry & Watch department’s day-to-day operations as one of their Top Quarterly Pacesetters. Ensuring it ran smoothly and remained profitable resulted in personal sales of $220,000+ in 6 months and a collective department total of $5 Million.
What I learned from all of these experiences is these results only happen by consistently being the director of your own vision. Your ability to master your own energy is the foundation for a dream fulfilled much bigger than you. Most importantly you must prioritize rest and having fun!

Within a month of quitting my job, I booked a solo trip to Bali and for the first time since I could remember, I was completely at peace and mentally free. I had no worries and no thoughts about work — just pure joy, creativity and exploration. I knew then that I was supposed to feel this way everyday, and that no amount of work is worth losing the luxury of time and priceless memories.
Then I created burnout again in my own business #oops. Lost in the hustle culture sauce, I decided that enough was enough and that I was meant to help people work less and enjoy life more. ❤️
